Your right to cancel / cooling-off period

You may cancel your contract with us at any time until seven working days after the day you receive your goods.

To cancel your contract within this time, please e-mail;

accounts@choosybeads.co.uk with the subject heading “CANCELLATION”

Please state your order number so we can deal with your request promptly.

Please keep a copy of your e-mail to us until we have confirmed your cancellation.

Under the DSRs consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

The consumer shall be responsible for returning the goods and for payment of the return postage cost.

The consumer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If the consumer does not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged, we may have a claim for breach of this statutory duty.

We request that cancelled goods be returned within 7 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Colour reproduction

We make every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.

If you are not satisfied with the colour of any items you have ordered you are welcome to return them.
