Orders are despatched Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays, most orders are despatched within 12 working hours.

We reserve the right to send orders using a recorded / tracked service at no extra cost to our customers.

We reserve the right to send high value and/or large orders via courier or Parcelforce at no extra cost to our customers.    

RETURNS:

Choosy Beads operate a "no quibble" returns policy.  If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at: sales@choosybeads.co.uk with "RETURNS" as the subject heading, please tell us your order no. and the items you wish to return.

We will then send you a confirmation e-mail for you to complete and return with your goods.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer unless items are faulty.

You will be refunded for the items you returned and the postage cost of sending them to you.

Please return items within 14 days of receipt.
